Grading N/S Line Lead
The Georgetown processing plant has opening for Line Lead in the following department: Grading N/S Line Lead
The position responsibilities are: The purpose of a Line Lead is to be knowledgeable of the area standard and requirements, and to enforce them. Duties include, but not limited to, the ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others, possess good math skills and be able to lift up to but not limited to 40lbs plus. This job may require working with chemicals and raw chicken.
Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE; preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
Follow instructions given by supervisor
Requirements:
Must have six months of service in their present job.
Have two or less unexcused absences and zero active disciplinary warnings
Lifting up to 40lbs
Willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions
Willing and able to work around various cleaning chemicals
Willing and able to work weekends if necessary

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
