Georgetown Animal Hospital is a fast-paced environment where multitasking and working well under pressure is a must.
We can depend on our employees to deliver the best quality care to our clients and patients.
Administrative assistants support the Office Manager and our two doctors to ensure the practice runs smoothly and our clients are satisfied.
Lastly, we are looking for someone who is people (and pet!) oriented.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience, with excellent communication skills.

Our practice operates Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
provide excellent customer service to our clients and patients answer
make phone calls relay meticulous and time-sensitive messages between clients and doctors schedule appointments handle sensitive patient data while maintaining confidentiality clean
stock examination rooms and the surgery room Preferences:

Examination rooms and front desk areas are sanitized regularly.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
