Poultry Debone and Processing Associates:
must perform a variety of tasks that encompasses poultry processing using the tools provided. Associates are expected to rotate among stations within the assembly and perform tasks such as cutting, scrapping, pulling, and packing to meet customer demands while practicing proper safety standards.
Production Associate Job Benefits and Requirements:o $50 Referral Bonus must meet requirementso $100 Sign On Bonus must meet requirements
o Ability to maintaining a clean and safe work areao Ability to follow safety procedures and use the required safety equipmento Ability to stand for duration of shifto Ability to safely use cutting toolso Ability to communicate with other employeeso Ability to work in team of fellow employeeso Ability to work in a fast paced environmento Ability to rotate among stations within the processing lineo Ability to work in various temperatureso Ability to pass a drug screeningo Ability to submit to a TB screeningo Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
