Respiratory Therapist (part-time)

Part-time, "as needed" schedules are now available for Respiratory Therapists with Liberty Healthcare's group based at the Stockley Center.
The Stockley Center is an intermediate care facility which provides residential, medical and habilitative services to people who have physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Stockley Center has been supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1921. Liberty Healthcare has been providing medical and rehabilitation services to Stockley Center residents for over two decades. The Stockley Center is located in Georgetown, Delaware, about 40 miles south of Dover ? and is easily accessible from Routes 9 and 113.
Responsibilities of a Respiratory Therapist at Stockley Center include:
Administering respiratory therapy services to Stockley Center residents in accordance with physician orders
Recommending treatment plans that meet individual resident needs and goals
Administering inhalants, therapeutic gas, environmental control systems, aerosol generators and other respiratory equipment
Performing bronchopulmonary drainage and assisting with breathing exercises
Rapidly responding to code situations
Evaluating effects of respiratory therapy treatment and recommending adjustments as necessary
Collaborating with physicians, nurses and ancillary clinicians
Training staff in respiratory treatments and procedures
Documenting treatment services
Maintaining knowledge of best practices in Respiratory Therapy

Well-qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:
Professional licensure in Delaware as a Respiratory Therapist
Prior experience providing respiratory therapy services to people who have disabilities
Compassion and heart for serving people who have physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
